Precyse was named Best in KLAS 2012 for Transcription Services, a significant industry accolade!*
Precyse's expert Transcriptionists work as a dedicated team to provide their clients
with the most accurate and timely documents. Our client satisfaction is extremely
high, with most new clients being referred from our current partners. That satisfaction
stems from our talented transcriptionists, who enjoy company-supplied computer equipment,
continuous feedback, supportive management and colleagues, and numerous recognition
The Precyse Transcription team consists of more than 225 colleagues located across
39 states. The company provides a robust, paid training plan for all technical applications,
ranging from e-mail to the company's specific transcription platform. Several modules
of the training program have been recently enhanced to give MTs a full understanding
of the platform before they are expected to do live work. Feedback on our training
plan has been excellent, and some MTs have expressed it's the best orientation program
they have ever experienced. Precyse and its management team works hard to help new
Transcriptionists receive on-going support from the trainer, their direct manager
and the ASR expert. Feedback on quality and productivity as well as tips and tricks
to improve production are openly shared with Transcription team members. With enhanced
feedback, IT upgrades and improved training programs, Precyse has seen an increase
in production across the board, directly resulting in higher compensation for MTs.
Career advancement opportunities are numerous, and Precyse works to recognize top
performers and expand their roles. Many of our managers, trainers and ASR coordinators
have been promoted from within. MTs also have the opportunity to move into a QA
role when positions become available.
Transcription at Precyse provides an exciting and challenging environment where
colleagues are constantly supported by a great team of workflow coordinators and
managers, who work various shifts to ensure MTs have the support they need, when
they need it.
